📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic asset management plans for high-profile clients, focusing on maximizing value and returns.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify investment opportunities and risks.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the asset management portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute capital improvement projects and tenant improvement programs.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of the asset management portfolio.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders, communicating the status and progress of asset management initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to proactively address challenges and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, real estate investment, or property management, with a proven track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, investment strategies, and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with real estate software and tools, such as BRE, Yardi, or similar platforms.
• Certification in Real Estate Investment (REI) or a related field is a plus.
