Moon Crown Jaya is looking for a dynamic and friendly Barista/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, handling customer transactions, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products,Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere,Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels,Follow company policies and procedures,Assist in training new staff members,Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Cashier,Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems,Good communication and multitasking skills,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg),High school diploma or equivalent experience
