📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and guidance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective store operations.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
