This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the efficient management of our inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to manage stock receipts and shipments.,Resolve warehouse-related issues and conflicts in a timely manner.,Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.,Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and reducing costs.,Good understanding of inventory control and stock management principles.
