📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of data entry operators to ensure high-quality data processing.,Develop and implement data entry procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor data entry processes to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.,Train and mentor junior data entry staff to ensure they meet the required standards.,Ensure all data is accurately and efficiently entered into the company's systems.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.,Maintain and update data entry tools and software as needed.,Provide regular reports on data entry progress and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and management roles.,Strong knowledge of data entry software and tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and database management systems.,Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage a team effectively.,Familiarity with data security and confidentiality procedures.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.
