📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop CAD models for machining processes using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Create detailed technical drawings and documentation to ensure accurate and efficient machining.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes and improve product quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on CAD models to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CAD technology and machining processes.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff members.
• Work closely with suppliers and clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD design and machining processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Strong understanding of machining principles and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 is a plus.
