PERSOL is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Plant Director to lead our manufacturing operations in Cikarang, Jawa Barat. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities and driving continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.

As a Plant Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, from production planning to quality control. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of production and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor a team of production managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement new technologies.
  • Manage the plant's budget and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build professional networks and stay updated on industry trends.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing manufacturing operations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with ERP and MES systems is a plus.
