As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. This is an immediate opportunity for the right candidate to join our growing team in Taman Sari, Jakarta Raya.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and manage restaurant finances, including budgeting and cost control.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
