📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Managing staff schedules, training, and performance.
  • Ensuring high-quality food and beverage service to customers.
  • Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that the restaurant meets its financial targets and goals.
  • Participating in regular staff meetings and training sessions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
