📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers about automotive products and services.
  • Promote and upsell our products and services to customers.
  • Drive sales growth through customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
