📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting in-store sales activities to promote and sell products effectively.,Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer needs and concerns.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to the management.,Assisting in the organization and execution of retail promotions and events.,Ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized to enhance the shopping experience.,Collaborating with the marketing team to support sales initiatives and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
