PERSOL is seeking a dedicated Site HSE Coordinator to join our team in the Mining & Natural Resources sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of HSE considerations into all aspects of project execution.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.,Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the mining or natural resources sector.,Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is preferred.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
