In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and promote new products and services.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client base.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
