📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, logistics, and supply chain management.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve organizational goals.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Conduct regular audits to assess operational performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
