📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Handle cash and coins accurately and securely.,Provide information and advice on banking products and services.,Process and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of banking transactions.,Assist in the opening and closing of the bank's cash vault.,Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective banking operations.,Follow all banking regulations and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Familiarity with banking software and systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian banking laws and regulations.,Good command of the Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the team's success.
