📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the bakery, including production, sales, and customer service.,Manage and motivate a team of employees to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as quality control standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient supply chain management.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Manage financial operations, including budgeting and expense tracking.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with bakery operations and quality control standards.,Understanding of financial management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
