In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Butler in managing the household staff and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide personalized service to clients, including arranging travel plans, managing reservations, and coordinating events.,Oversee the daily maintenance and cleanliness of the residence.,Manage the household budget and ensure financial responsibilities are met.,Handle client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.,Organize and manage the household inventory and supplies.,Coordinate with service providers for maintenance and repairs.,Ensure the safety and security of the residence and its occupants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local customs and traditions in Bali.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
