Cemerlang Banking is seeking a dedicated Deputy Quality Control to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our banking services and products. You will work closely with the Quality Control team to monitor and improve our processes. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a leading banking institution in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and evaluate the quality of banking services and products.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Identify and report quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the Quality Control team to improve processes and procedures.,Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records and reports.,Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives.,Ensure that all banking services and products meet regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control in a banking or financial institution.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with banking and financial services is an advantage.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
