📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a menu that aligns with the restaurant's vision and customer preferences.,Supervise and mentor a team of chefs to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and purchasing to optimize costs and ensure quality ingredients.,Oversee food cost control and portion planning to maintain profitability.,Train and develop new staff to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and menu development.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
