📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
- Design and implement HR solutions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Lead and mentor HR Business Partners
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with the HR team to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices
- Represent Sutherland at industry events and conferences
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring HR Business Partners
- Strong understanding of local and international labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
- Certifications in HR and business strategy, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
