📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels and methods.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Maintain and update job postings and company career pages.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a hybrid or remote environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
