Max Bold Corporindo is seeking a talented Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Ambon. As a Junior HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited HR experience to gain valuable insights and develop their HR skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and issues.,Support the HR team in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Maintain a good understanding of labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
