📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance and trends.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in client interactions.,Act as a liaison between the client and the company, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.,Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and increase customer lifetime value.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
