📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of structural engineers in the design and analysis of complex structural systems.,Oversee the development of detailed structural designs and drawings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.,Conduct structural analysis and feasibility studies to ensure the safety and stability of structures.,Review and approve construction documents, ensuring they meet project requirements and specifications.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on complex projects.,Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and standards, including SNI (Indonesian National Standard).,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Valid professional engineering license (PSM) is a plus.
