📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet their specific needs.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certifications in learning and development or instructional design are a plus.
