📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and assist with their needs.,Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.,Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing the guest book.,Provide information about the company, its services, and facilities.,Handle any emergency situations that may arise at the reception desk.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computers and common office software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
