Life Mart Corporindo is seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our store in Singkawang. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the branch from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the store.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage staffing, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company policies and initiatives.,Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successful sales and operational management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
