📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure excellent customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Prepare and present financial reports to management, including sales, expenses, and profit and loss statements.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and food handling practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
