📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the room division, including housekeeping, room service, and guest amenities.,Ensure the cleanliness, comfort, and readiness of guest rooms and public areas.,Manage and mentor a team of housekeeping and room service staff.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Monitor and maintain the inventory of room supplies and amenities.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of service.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Contribute to the development and implementation of the resort's guest satisfaction initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence.,Strong knowledge of housekeeping and room service operations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
