📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's accounting systems, including NetSuite, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Provide financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.,Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.,Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data and reporting.,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and best practices.,Provide training and support to junior accountants and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a similar role.,Proven expertise in NetSuite, including experience with financial reporting, accounting, and general ledger management.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
