📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement new pastry recipes to meet customer demands and market trends.,Ensure all pastries are prepared according to food safety and quality standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Supervise and train junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement of ingredients and supplies.,Monitor food costs and ensure profitability of pastry products.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in product development and innovation initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating and executing successful pastry recipes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
