ARK+ Architecture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction cost management and tendering processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the cost planning, estimating, and control processes for construction projects.,Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities, schedules, and cost plans.,Monitor and report on project costs, identifying and addressing any variances or issues.,Conduct site inspections to ensure that the work is being carried out in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.,Prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts for client approval.,Provide technical advice and support to the project team on cost-related matters.,Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in construction cost management.,Prepare and present reports to clients and stakeholders on project costs and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction cost management and tendering processes.,Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Strong understanding of construction contracts, tendering procedures, and cost control techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.,Valid Indonesian work permit and ability to work in Tangerang, Banten.
