📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the transportation division, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of transportation projects and programs.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the progress and outcomes of strategic initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in transportation and strategic planning.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company's long-term vision and strategy.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in the transportation division.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning and management in the transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of transportation policies, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.
