Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.,Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive sales performance and improve market share.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive intelligence.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and Stripe's products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.,Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.,Fluency in English, with knowledge of local languages (Polish or Romanian) is a plus.,Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and supportive attitude.
