📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow financial portfolios by visiting clients regularly to collect payments and disburse loans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions using our in-house accounting software.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and laws.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental and company-wide targets.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Report on your activities and performance to the supervisor on a regular basis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the microfinance or accounting sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Knowledge of microfinance principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian banking and financial services industry.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
