📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure BIM technologies are integrated into all project phases.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and tools, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla.
• Manage and optimize BIM data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and interoperability across all projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and software updates in the BIM field.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and workshops to network and share knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM, with a proven track record in leading BIM projects.
• Certification in BIM software, such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) or BIM Collaboration Format (BCF) certification.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in the AEC industry, preferably in a digital transformation role.
• Familiarity with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
