• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer interactions.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory checks.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Promote our restaurant's services and special events to customers, both in-person and through our social media channels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures, including making change and handling large volumes of cash.
