• Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
• Lead a team of 10+ accountants and tax professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Manage the entire financial cycle, including month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize financial performance.
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings.
• Ensure all financial processes are documented and adhere to internal policies and procedures.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure the company's practices are in compliance.
