📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain Odoo ERP system, including user access, data integrity, and system updates
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet specific sales and operational needs
• Provide technical support to sales and operations teams, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions
• Assist in sales processes by managing customer data, orders, and inventory in Odoo
• Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Support customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Odoo with other systems
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and best practices, and implement improvements as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in ERP administration, preferably with Odoo
• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP system, including modules like Sales, Inventory, and CRM
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Certification in Odoo or related ERP systems is a plus
