📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance on injection molding machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on injection molding machines.
- Monitor machine performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operation of the machines.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and machine performance.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the injection molding industry.
- Familiarity with injection molding machines and their components.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends as needed.
- Valid certification in injection molding maintenance or a related field is a plus.
