📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote BFI Finance Indonesia's motor financing products.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and customers to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Use Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to track and analyze marketing performance.
• Manage and update CRM systems to keep track of customer interactions and sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the marketing team and management.
• Attend and participate in training and development programs to enhance your marketing skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the motor finance sector.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
