As an Outbound Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that all outbound shipments are processed and delivered on time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient outbound logistics processes
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Utilize SAP and WMS systems to track inventory, manage shipments, and generate reports
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure and hazard-free work environment
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies in the outbound process
• Stay updated with industry best practices and implement improvements to enhance warehouse operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a focus on outbound logistics
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team
• Familiarity with SAP and WMS systems, or willingness to learn
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle
